    3" Splash Guards
    The 3" splash guards on the sides and back of the griddle protect the user and surrounding walls from hot grease and oil splatters.
    Adjustable Legs
    The stainless steel legs that come with this griddle are adjustable from 3 1/2" to 5 1/2" to provide stability on any surface.
    Removable Grease Tray

    Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via FedEx will be delivered to you via common carrier on a full size tractor trailer. This type of shipping is different than FedEx, and one difference is that you are responsible for taking the product off of the back of the truck and into your business. After your item has shipped via common carrier, we will email you tracking information so you can prepare for the delivery.
    The important thing to remember about common carrier deliveries is that you should sign for your shipment after you have checked to make sure that it arrived to you safely and have noted of any issues on the delivery receipt! If the packaging shows any evidence of a problem, truck drivers are able to wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage, and make sure the correct amount of pieces were delivered.
    If you notice any damage, you are allowed to break the shrink wrap on the skids to inspect individual items. If any item is clearly damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged or missing, you MUST do the following:
    Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ie - "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on table", etc).
    Keep your copy of the delivery receipt.
    Contact us within 1 business day.
    Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.
    Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
    We accept Visa, Master and other cards as well.
    Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
    All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.
