    Description

    1930s Owens-Illinois Log Cabin Syrup Clear Glass Bottle
    Good vintage condition.  6-Sided bottle with handle.  Embossed log cabin and logo on bottom front.  Measures approximately 8” high x 3 ¾” wide.  No chips, cracks or breaks.  Scratch on bottom of piece.  Marked on bottom.  Owens-Illinois used the Diamond IO mark between 1929-1954.  This piece also have a plant and date code.
    Plant code 2 to left of maker makr - Fairmont West Virginia (operating from 1930-present)
    Date code 1 or 2 to right of maker mark - Single digit code with no period indicates a 1930s date.  Either 1931 or 1932.
