1942 Coca-Cola Advertising: Our American Neighbors Book, The Twenty American Republics from the Rio Grande to Cape Horn.  Cover shows wear to edges/corners/spine.  Some creasing, some missing top ply of paper, staining, small tear on top and bottom spine corners on front cover and small tear on back bottom spine corner.  No other rips or tears noted.  Pages tight and intact.  pages have lots of great B&W photos, colors, and illustrations/drawings.  Lots of good information/history presented.
As with paper this age, there may be a musty odor associated with this item.  I myself did not notice one but someone with allergies or a more sensitive nose may.
