This is a 36" griddle from AccuTemp. The Accu-Steam line is uses steam heat to uniformly heat the cooking surface and provides a uniform heated surface across the entire griddle surface with no hot spots or cold spots to deal with.  The entire cooking surface is heated to the same temperature for consistent and reliable cooking on the entire griddle.

This is a used griddle and has been tested for temperature control, etc. The griddle heated up and came to set temperature, holding the temperature for the length of the test time.
The griddle surface was tested for temperature and found to be at demanded temperature across the entire surface (as expected).
The temperature was increased and decreased to test different heating times and temperature control. Everything that was tested was found to be working as expected.
The only problem that came up is that the power light is not coming on and appears that the bulb is burned out. Doesn't mean much, but an easy fix if it is needed.
