This is a very pretty Best Fashion Friends Barbie. She is about 28 inches tall and is African American.
The Best Fashion Friends are not as large as the My Size Barbies.
The back of her head has an imprint showing 2001 Mattel. Her back shows Just Play, LLC ~ 2016 Mattel ~ Made in China. She has long black hair, and brown eyes with rooted lashes. Her smile shows pretty pink parted lips and shiny white teeth. Her arms are hinged at the elbows and wrists; and they can be moved back and forth against and away from her body. Her straight legs can be moved in a walking manner. Barbie can be placed in a sitting position. She has a nice medium complexion. She is wearing a pretty dress that may have not been hers originally, but fits nicely. It falls above her knees and consists of a light blue layered skirt area with a white sleeveless bodice. The top layer of the skirt area is cut at an angle in two layers - a white, sparkling sheer tulle that falls over another layer that has four white and silver ornate strips. These two layers are on top of a light blue silky skirt and blue sheer layer covering it. She has permanent gold shoes molded on to the bottom of her legs. Her signature initial B appears on the outside of both shoes. The dress seems to be in fine condition. I see no tears or stains. ~ This doll has been played with, but is in very nice condition. Hopefully, the pictures do her justice. This may be ideal for the making of an OOAK doll or to re-dress. However, all of my used items are sold 'as is'.
