The nylon strap is meant to be used for tying trees as shown in the second picture above. Won't damage trees like common wire-encased garden hose and will support trees without girdling. Installs quickly and easily with wire or twine.
Distance on center between grommets is approximately 15.5". This will make approximately a 5" diameter hole with the strap when the grommets are sandwiched together.
The strap is 1.5" wide. The metal grommet hole's inside diameter is approximately 1/2".
We purchased these from Dewitt in a bulk box of 100. There is no tag, UPC code, or packaging on the straps.
We will ship these out in a small box. We can get a lot of them shipped in the same box and still use USPS First Class Package rates - approx. . If freight looks too high, it probably is. Just shoot us an email telling how many you want and we'll create a new listing for you.
