This is an original 1972 release "School's Out" 45 single on the Warner Bros. record label.  Signed by Alice Cooper in blue permanent marker. I have attached scans of the front and back of the album jacket.
This 45 single sleeve is in the expected condition that an item almost 50 years would be. Three sides are split but the image is fantastic. The vinyl is included. Please examine the images carefully as it is part of the description!
Interesting note: the image that is on the cover of this 45 single sleeve is from the back of the "Killer" album, on the detachable calendar that featured Alice hanging by the neck. This album came out in 1971. Great Image!
This album is part of the famous in-person John Brennan autograph collector collection, featured in some/most of the finest auction houses here in the States. It was purchased from him directly.
