It is a TY Bear celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Happy Meal!
The Toy is from a McDonald's Kids Meal in 2004 and features #3 - Birdie the Bear complete with White Scarf.
This Bear has been in storage for a number of years and is Brand New still in the original manufacturer's packaging.

This item comes from a bug-free, non-smoking home.
