Michigan Adirondack Chair (table and footrest also available seperately)

Description

Michigan Adirondack chair.  Lower Peninsula shaped back.  This is not the typical Michigan Adirondack chair with a flat square seat, and uncomfortable, flat back that barely resembles the correct shape of the state.  This has a contoured seat, and a curved back in the actual state shape.
The side table has an overlay of the Upper Peninsula.  Because of the shape and proportion of the U.P., it is not practical to make just a tabletop in that shape alone, or it would be very narrow.  This keeps the true shape and proportions, while being a very functional side table.
The ottoman footrest joins perfectly with the chair, and is contoured for lounge comfort.
These can be made to order, and stained most any color imaginable.  I don't recommend leaving the cedar unfinished, as it will become very weathered and dirty after a short time, as well as becoming rough and splintered from drying and weathering.  The stains I use are commercial grade deck stains with Duckback technology, which are formulated to protect the wood from UV rays, moisture, and our changing Michigan weather.
These are made from premium grade, hand selected western red cedar.  The edges are all routed, and the entire chair is sanded, before stain is applied.
As shown, I can also include a wine glass holder keyhole slot in either or both arms.
Stain colors pictured are:  Tavern Oak (brown), White Birch (whitewash look), and a custom color matched to a customer's entry door.  But, stain can be most any color tone, and transparent or semi-transparent.
Price for the chair is 5.00.   Side table is 5.  Ottoman is 5.  The price of the auction as listed is for the chair only.
I cannot ship these by FedEx or UPS, as they are built fully assembled, and not sold as a kit.  Location is Southeast Oakland County.  Any shipping would have to be by freight and would be the responsibility of the buyer.
These are made to order with a 2-3 week order time.  Most times they are completed sooner than that.
