    The colorful brochure is 3 1/4 x 6 1/4 and opens up to 9 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches.
    The brochure has
    much information and states in part
    "VERMONT MAID, REAL VERMONT MAPLE SUGAR GIVES ITS MATCHLESS FLAVOR,
    AUGUST, 1934"
    The brochure has a light wear to a couple corners and otherwise is in nice condition with no tears.
