This is in Very Good condition. Cover shows a little bit of wear / handling. A few stains on the back cover along the top edge  (see pic).  No tears or writing on it. Pages inside are in Excellent  condition, except the last page has a light stain mark on the top left corner (see pic). It has a slight crease line along the bottom of the book, doesn't lay quite flat (see pic). All pretty minor blemishes, book presents very well.
