RARE Dog Postcard Young Chow Chow Puppies Netherlands 1938 Heartwarming!

This postcard was purchased by my friend, Lotje, in Amsterdam, Netherlands.   Lotje scours European capitols for beautiful old dog postcards.   She sends them from Europe to me in the USA.
On the front of this vintage postcard is a photo portrait of 5 young Chow Chow puppies. These puppies are adorable and heartwarming!  To the right of the portrait is a manufacturer's printed message in Dutch that translates to "Congratulations!".
On the back is a short handwritten message in Dutch and an address in the Netherlands.  There is a Nederland stamp and a 1938 postmark.
Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard. It was originally made in the Netherlands.   Aside from a few minor signs of surface wear mostly around the perimeter and one corner crease,  this postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!
