TY Beanie Buddy "Osito," the Mexican Bear, 1999. Beautiful red plush bear, MWMT.

Description

Collectible TY Beanie Buddy, "Osito" the Mexican Bear has all his tags in mint condition.  Beanie buddies are larger (14"), much more plush versions of the original Beanie Babies, and were normally introduced a year or so after the Beanie Baby originals.  Osito is unusual in that he was the first TY collectable to represent a country other than the U.S. (and sport a foreign flag), in this case, Mexico.  He was stored carefully after a short display in a smoke free home.  His coat is still as vivid a scarlet as it was 20 years ago, and he looks very smart with his embroidered Mexican Flag on his chest and
green and white ribbons around his neck.
.  He has a 4th Generation Swing Tag
and his hands and feet are filled with PE pellets.  These are gifts that, due to their moderate prices, can still be used as gifts, as opposed to being purely collectables.  What young, Grandson (or Granddaughter for that matter) wouldn't like "Osito"?!
