    Description

Postcards purchased, then matted and framed, and was part of our diner decorum in the basement of our home.  One of a kind, can't buy one like it.  Postcards are licensed by the Coca-Cola Company from 1990-1991.
Both post cards are from the archives of the Coca-Cola Company Ads.  The top post card:   The Greatest Pause on Earth.  Original painting by Haddon Sundbolm in 1940.
The bottom post card:  Six Million Drinks A Day.  Original painting by Fred Mizen 1925.  This advertisement, the first to refer to the number of drinks sold, also helped to create a mystique about the elegant presentation of a bottle of coca-cola.
