    Description

Includes a vintage official guide to the Rijksmuseum. Located on Museum Square in Amsterdam, it is the national museum of the Netherlands, dedicated to its art and history and is the country’s most-visited tourist attraction, containing numerous masterpieces from Dutch masters such as Rembrandt and Vermeer (from circa 1970); and a vintage colorful brochure for the nearby Van Gogh Museum (the second-most visited attraction in the Netherlands), dedicated to the art of Vincent Van Gogh, which was the new kid on Museum Square at the time (from circa 1975); and an official guide to the delightful Openluchtmuseum, the Netherlands’ Open Air Museum, the State Museum for Folklore, with its recreation of a traditional Dutch farm village from the 1800’s (from 1962).
