print advertisements, all of which appeared on the back covers of National Geographic magazines in 1942, 1943, 1952, 1953, and 1954. These are
genuine, authentic vintage pieces from the dates noted within the advertisements, not reproductions or reprints.
We have lots of rare and interesting ephemera in our store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost. Simply request a combined invoice when you are done shopping with us, and wait to pay for your order until you've received it.

Condition
: Our photos show the condition best -- please enlarge them and zoom in on the details. Clean and fresh pieces, with nothing sticky or gross, and no funky mildew, smoke, basement, or barn odors. All have surface wear, ranging from light to moderate. None are mint, or even excellent. We grade vintage items very conservatively, so we put most of these in the acceptable to good range, with perhaps one or two very good. Each is pictured in the photos, along with the ads on the back.
Rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure that your piece of ephemera arrives exactly as presented in our photos.
We invest time and appropriate materials into shipping all of our ephemera. Most pieces are sent in envelopes that are sandwiched between cardboard before being sent as Priority or first-class parcels in non-bendable mailers, which ship at rates much higher than first-class letters. We never toss our ephemera into thin stationery envelopes with forever stamps stuck to them expecting the USPS to deliver them to you with great care.
We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report. Corndogcache is a 100% non-smoking environment, and we'll let you know if any of our vintage items smell like it (
or anything else
) from activities they may have been involved in before they came to us.
